Elisabeth is an artist originally from Rutland but now living in the market town of Otley in the Yorkshire Dales.
Her work is inspired by the character and ever-changing seascapes provided by the Yorkshire coastline, especially the rugged and brooding charm of the North Yorkshire beaches.
Elisabeth studied art at Oakham School but found herself inspired to paint again whilst living by the sea in Whitby and witnessing how the coastal scene can alter so spectacularly throughout the seasons.
She primarily paints with acrylics on canvas boards but also enjoys working with oils.
